Terms & Conditions to use STAG

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the STAG mobile application and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use STAG.

1. The Service

STAG provides a technology platform that helps adults discover venues and events, create visit plans, and coordinate attendance with other participants. We are not a nightlife promoter, employment agency, nor are we affiliated with venues. We do not guarantee entry or attendance, as venue and event rules always apply.

Plans and requests: Review the venue, event, date, time, and participation details before publishing a plan or sending a request. A request is not a guarantee of entry or attendance, and venue rules always apply.

Cancellation: You can cancel an accepted or confirmed request from its Request Details screen when cancellation is available for that status.

Plans may be deleted by their creator. Existing requests are not automatically cancelled, so review and resolve them separately.

Venue access: Final admission and event access remain at the discretion of venue management. STAG cannot override venue policies or guarantee entry.

4. Rewards, Merchandise, and Subscriptions

STAG may offer reward points for eligible activity, including completed club-entry verification and qualifying referrals. Reward points are promotional credits only: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not a payment instrument. STAG may change reward amounts, level thresholds, eligible activity, or programme availability where permitted by law. We may remove points earned through fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or activity that violates these Terms.

Eligible users may redeem points for merchandise shown in the app. Redemption requires a valid delivery address and sufficient points. Merchandise is subject to availability, stock, delivery coverage, and any product-specific conditions shown before redemption. A redemption is not complete until STAG confirms it. Delivery updates may be sent through in-app or push notifications. We do not promise a particular delivery date, and we may contact you if an item is unavailable or delivery cannot be completed.

If STAG offers a paid subscription or other recurring service, the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew only where the applicable payment and platform rules permit it. You can cancel future renewals using the method shown at purchase; cancellation does not normally reverse the current paid period. Where a digital feature is sold through an iOS or Android app, the purchase flow will use the payment method required by the applicable app-store rules.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You are solely responsible for your conduct and interactions with Hosts and Venue staff. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, misuse the Services, engage in unsafe or unlawful conduct, or threaten the safety of another person. Suspension or termination may remove access to your account, plans, chats, and related Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STAG, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold STAG and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Disclaimer

Other participants and venues are independent third parties, not employees, agents, or partners of STAG. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, or conduct.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or other dispute-resolution forum having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Account Deletion and Changes to Terms

You can start account deletion from Settings in the app. You must confirm the request with the one-time code sent by STAG. Your account remains recoverable for 30 days after confirmation. After 30 days, the account is permanently removed and cannot be restored. We may retain limited safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legally required records. See our Account Deletion Policy for details. We may modify these Terms and will post the updated version or notify you of material changes.
