Terms & Conditions to use STAG

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the STAG mobile application and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

STAG provides a technology platform that connects users ("Males") with independent third-party users ("Females") who can facilitate entry into nightlife venues ("Clubs, Bar & Lounges"). We are not a nightlife promoter, employment agency, nor are we affiliated with the Venues. We do not guarantee entry to any Venue, as final entry is always at the sole discretion of the Venue's management.

2. User Account and Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Be of legal age to consume alcohol in your jurisdiction (typically 21+) if booking for a Venue that serves alcohol.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Safeguard your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Booking: By submitting a booking request, you agree to pay the total fee displayed, including the Host's service fee and our platform fee.

Cancellation by You: Cancellations must be made within the specified period in the app (e.g., 2 hours prior) to receive a refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Females: If a Female cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You are solely responsible for your conduct and interactions with Hosts and Venue staff. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to prostitution, solicitation, or human trafficking.
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against anyone.
• Arrive at a Venue intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.
• Violate any Venue rules or policies.

We reserve the right to terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STAG, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Services.
• Any interactions or agreements between you and any Female or Venue, including personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
• Your failure to gain entry to a Venue.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold STAG and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. Disclaimer

Hosts are independent third-party contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of STAG. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any Female or Venue.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your City, State/Country], and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your consent to the new Terms.
