Child Safety Standards

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

STAG has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not permit any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or harms children.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited:

3. Prevention and Platform Safety

STAG is an adults-only service. We use age declarations, account controls, user reporting, moderation procedures, and account enforcement to reduce the risk of child safety violations. We review safety signals and reports, and we may restrict features or access while a concern is being assessed.

Users must not move interactions off-platform for the purpose of concealing, arranging, or facilitating abuse or exploitation. Attempting to bypass STAG safety controls is prohibited.

4. Reporting

Users can report inappropriate accounts, messages, profiles, or other content through the reporting tools available in the app. Reports may also be sent directly to support@stag.org.in. Please include enough information for us to identify the account or content and investigate the concern.

Do not forward, download, or redistribute suspected CSAM. If it is safe and lawful to do so, preserve the account or message details needed to identify the report and send them privately to our support team.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law enforcement authority immediately.

5. Handling Reports

We review child-safety reports as a priority and take action based on the seriousness and credibility of the information available. We may ask for additional details, restrict an account while investigating, remove content, and notify a reporter when appropriate. We cannot disclose confidential information about another user or guarantee a particular outcome.

6. Enforcement

We investigate reports and take appropriate action under our policies. Accounts that violate these standards may be suspended or permanently banned. We remove prohibited content where appropriate, preserve relevant information when legally permitted, and may report illegal content or activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where required.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with valid legal requests and appropriate investigations concerning child safety. Where required by applicable law, we may disclose relevant information to law enforcement or child-protection authorities. We may also make proactive reports when we reasonably believe illegal child sexual abuse or exploitation has occurred.

8. Age Restrictions

STAG is intended for adults aged 18 years or older. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the app. We may take action against accounts that misrepresent or circumvent this age requirement.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We handle reports and safety-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Access to reports is limited to people and service providers who need the information to investigate, protect users, comply with law, or operate our safety processes. We ask reporters not to publish identifying or sensitive information about a child or an investigation.
