STAG is a venue-entry coordination platform that helps eligible adults plan and confirm entry at participating clubs, bars, and lounges. Users can browse available venues, submit requests, and complete the venue's required entry verification through the app.

STAG may award points for eligible completed activity, such as verified club entry and qualifying referrals. Your points determine your reward level. Points are promotional credits, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or sold. The app shows the current points, level thresholds, and any available rewards.

Open the merchandise section, choose an item you have enough points to redeem, select or add a delivery address, and confirm the redemption. Merchandise depends on available stock and delivery coverage. We will notify you about delivery updates through the app or push notifications.

Yes. If the merchandise is active, in stock, and you have enough points, the app can show the Redeem Now option again. Each redemption uses the points displayed for that item and requires a delivery address.

STAG is available to anyone who is at least 18 years old and of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Depending on the features you use, STAG may request location for nearby venue discovery, camera or photo-library access for profile and selfie verification, and notification permission for request, reward, and delivery updates. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.

STAG is expanding to new cities regularly. Open the app and enable your location to see clubs and plans available near you. If your city isn't live yet, sign up to be notified when it launches.

The request remains pending until the recipient responds. You will receive an update when its status changes, and you can review the request details from My Requests.

You can cancel an accepted or confirmed request from its Request Details screen when cancellation is available for that request status.

Venue entry and event access remain subject to the venue's own rules and management. STAG helps you discover and coordinate plans but cannot override venue policies.

No. Only your approximate area (neighbourhood / zone) is visible to other users. Your precise GPS location is never exposed in the app.

The request appears in your Requests section. Review the person, venue, and timing, then choose whether to accept or reject it.

Open the relevant profile or request, use the available options menu, and choose Block or Report. Include the venue, date, time, chat, or request details that can help Support investigate.

Only the profile information needed for discovery and coordination is shown to matched users. Your exact location is not shown publicly. Never share passwords or verification codes in chat.

All users on STAG go through a phone-number verification process during sign-up. Additional identity checks may be required to maintain platform safety.

You can request account deletion by contacting us at info@stag.org.in. Your personal data will be removed from our active databases, subject to any legal retention requirements.
